Meet Our Team

Jason Reed Founder & Owner
A well known businessman in his small hometown, Jason has built his reputation on hard work, relationships, and a passion for quality. As the owner of the Bus Stop Diner, he has long been a staple in the local community.
What began as a small personal knife collection has grown into a widely recognized business, becoming a certified Case dealer and trusted seller of multiple respected brands. Today, his reach extends across the United States, connecting with collectors and customers nationwide.
Alongside his wife Kim, Jason enjoys traveling, meeting fellow knife enthusiasts, and continuing to grow the business through the same values it was built on: trust, quality, and genuine relationships.

Aaron Roark Co Owner & Family Partner
Born in Cincinnati, Ohio and raised in Beattyville, Kentucky, Aaron is local through and through. He built his foundation on discipline, hard work, and service, enlisting in the United States Marine Corps at 19, where he served honorably as a Motor Transport Operator.
After transitioning to civilian life, he moved to Owsley County and pursued a career as a lineman, eventually earning his status as a journeyman lineman through years of dedication and perseverance.
A devoted husband to Kayla and father of four, Aaron made the decision to focus on family and building something lasting. He joined his father in law, Jason, in the family business, helping carry forward the tradition and values that built Reed’s Cutlery into what is now R&R Outdoors.
